July 8th. Last Day Before Deconstruction Begins:


July 11th. Day 3.

Letters "ot" have been removed from the backside.


July 12th. Day 4.

"pc" have been removed from the backside. "cot" has been removed from the front.


July 13th. Day 5.

"E" was removed from the backside. "p" was removed from the front.


July 14th. Day 6.

No Noticable Changes Today.
**Notice in these photos the catwalk and ladder in the center of the structure. It really illustrates just how large this structure is.


July 15th. Day 7.


No Noticable Changes Today.


July 16th. Day 8.


The Ribbon Has Been Fully Removed From The Backside, And About A Third Of The Ribbon Has Been Removed From The Front.


July 17th. Day 9.

The "E" and the remainder of the ribbon have been removed from the front side. The steel fram which supported the "E" on the backside has been removed, and was partially visible sticking over the contruction wall.


July 18th. Day 10.

Today the star came down, and has been place just next to the construction wall by guest relations.


July 19th. Day 11.

The star was taken backstage today (as far as the monorail beam, which I could not go under). No noticable changes to the remaining structure.


July 20th. Day 12.

Today, the wand got a bit shorter. Also, the Leave a Legacy removal is complete.


July 21th. Day 13.


July 22th. Day 14.


July 23th. Day 15.


July 24th. Day 16.

Today the Glove was removed from the backside. The sleeve remains.


July 31th. Day 23.

On the backside, the Sleeve came off today. The front remains untouched. (It's not grain in the alst few pics, it was raining pretty hard)


August 01st. Day 24.

Today the glove came down from the front side, leaving the sleeve there.


August 02nd. Day 25.

Today, the top portion of the sleeve has been removed, leaving onlyt he bottom.


August 03rd. Day 26.

Now, all theming elements have been removed, except for the stars.


August 04th. Day 27.

All of the stars have been removed from the back (North) side of SSE. Stars still remain on the front (South) side.

Today the last of the stars have been removed. The 'legs' which held the stars in place remain.

The wand structure has now been removed at least below eye-level from the areas surrounding the construction area.


August 24th. Day 47.

The large crane has been removed, and a smaller crane has been brought in.


August 25th. Day 48.

At this point, the wand is completly gone, all stars have been removed, and the last lf the 'legs' which held the stars have been removed.


September 12th. Day 66.

These shots showcase the newly re-opened walkway on the east side of SSE. All of the planters on this side have new foliage in them. The planters on the west side of SSE are currently being worked on.
